Occasionally, a new way of thinking; a new way of working needs momentum initiated by a program of events that stirs the emotions and challenges the established status quo.
We do not claim that they replace essential leadership in change programmes, nor do we suggest that skills development is the sole lever to transform revenue streams and client loyalty, but every program will create new thinking and call for new action from your organisation and initiate new behaviours in the face of your customers.
A combination of our experience of designing business games as part of the format for skills acquisition and of delivering accredited, Insight-led programs and the high demands made of participants on those programs, has led us to adopt a philosophy of ‘edutainment’ within the delivery of our skills programs.
This means that every session is full of compelling anecdotal stories, statistical research to support thought leadership and a format that demands engagement, participation and, often, some competition.
