Our Business Games are a collection of tools that allows clients to “learn by doing” in a risk-free environment. They offer realistic scenarios, situations, role-plays, and financial models. Learners face crises, manage uncertainty, and learn by practically applying theoretical concepts to simulated situations.
Playing our Business Games requires complete involvement, which leads to a greater understanding and retention of the material in support of Insight-led engagement.
Research in the 1990s identified two major classes of business simulations that are interweaved into all our Business Games:
- A tactical, decision-making business simulation that emphasises the collection and interpretation of data and the development of a strategy to achieve a specific goal.
- A social-process business simulation where the emphasis is on the study of human interactions and communication in the pursuit of social, political and goals.
